We always do our best to meet your needs and meet your expectations, but it is important to have things written so both sides know what is what, who should do what and when you should do, and what happens if something goes wrong. In this model contract you will not find complicated legal terms or long paragraphs of text difficult to understand. We do not want to trick you sign something that you'll regret later. What we want is the best for both parties, now and in the future.

In short: You we hire us to design and develop a website for the cost we have agreed in previous talks. Of course it's a little more complicated, but we'll get there.

What do both sides agree?
You have the power to enter into this contract model representing you yourself, your company or your organization. Put at our disposal everything we need to carry out the project and in the format required. You will review our work, and will comment and approve regularly. The time estimates are applied to both sides, so you will be subject to the dates we have previously scheduled. Similarly you'll adjust the timing of payments established at the end of this contract.

We have the experience and ability to carry out everything we have agreed and we will in a professional manner and within the established dates. We will strive to meet all the deadlines and above all maintain complete confidentiality in all that you provide to us.

What are the terms of service?
Design.
We design the look of the website, flexible charts to suit the capabilities of many devices and screen sizes. Iteratively create designs and mostly use HTML and CSS so do not waste time modeling each visually static template. We may use static designs to show the appearance (color, texture and typography.) We call this "atmosphere of design." You have two or more opportunities to review our work and provide comments and opinions. If you are not happy with the direction that brings our work at any stage, you pay us for everything we have done up to that point and this contract is canceled.

Text.
We are not responsible for writing or enter any text content. If you would like to write new content or text for you, we can provide an estimate for this price.

Pictures.
You must provide the graphics files in a format and editable vector. You must provide photos on a high resolution digital format. If you choose to buy the pictures, we can suggest image banks. If you would like to seek those pictures for you, we can provide an estimate for this price.

HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Templates are developed in HTML5, Style Sheets CSS2.1 / CSS3 and JavaScript non-intrusive detection routines, poly-fills and behavior in general.

Tests browsers.
Testing in browsers and do not mean that a website should look the same in different capacities browsers or devices with different screen sizes. It means that we ensure that the user experience will be of a design appropriate to the capabilities of a browser or device:

• Tests on desktop browsers.

  We test and we test our work in current versions of most modern browsers, including those developed by Apple (Safari), Google (Chrome), Microsoft (Internet Explorer), Mozilla (Firefox) and Opera. We also do testing to ensure that users of Internet Explorer 8 for Windows to obtain, though possibly different appropriate experience. Implement a design to a column for Internet Explorer 7 and lower for Windows and do not evidence in other older browsers unless you specify other website. If you need a design optimized for old browsers, we can provide an estimate for this price.

• Tests on mobile browsers.

  The tests on the most popular devices are essential to ensure that the user experience design is appropriate for the device you use. We test:

• iOS: Apple Safari, Google Chrome and Opera Mini.
• Android 4.1: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox y Opera Mini.
• Android 3.2: Browser, Mozilla Firefox and Opera Mini.
• Currently not tested / reviewed in Blackberry OS or BlackBerry QNX, Opera Mobile, Symbian or any other mobile browser. If you need us to try with these, we can provide an estimate for this price.

Technical support.
We are not a hosting company and therefore does not provide support to hosting your website, e-mail or other services related to lodging. You probably already have a professional hosting service and even control all of that internally. If you do, either. If we can not create an account for you in one of our preferred hosting providers. We can set up your site on a server, plus any statistics software like Google Analytics and metrics, we can provide an estimate for this price. From that point, the updates and server administration, depend solely on you.

Changes and revisions.
We know from experience that fixed cost contracts are rarely beneficial to you, since most limit you to the initial ideas. We do not want to limit yourself to change your mind. The price at the beginning of this contract is based on the amount of time we estimate that we will complete all that you have told us you want to achieve, but we love being flexible. If you want to change your mind or add anything new, it will not be a problem as they provide an estimated price for it.

Legal affairs.
We can not guarantee that our work will be error free and therefore we can not and we are not responsible to you or third parties for damages, including lost profits, financial loss or other incidental, consequential or actual damages, even if we have warned of this . Finally, if a part of this agreement is void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that part will be separated from this agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts.

Copyright.
First, you warrant that all elements such as text, pictures or other visual elements provided by you is your property or have permission to use them. That said, when your final payment is made, the rights will be allocated as follows:

• To you belong the visual elements that we created for this project. We will give the base files and images / final files and you must save them and support them because we are not required to keep a copy. You are the owner of all text, images and data you've provided, unless someone else is the owner.
• We own the combination of these elements that make up a complete design and we'll give you the license, in perpetuity only exclusive for this project unless we agree other website. We can provide an estimated price for it.
• We love to show our work and sharing what we learned with others, so we reserve the right, with your permission, to display or link to your project as part of our portfolio and to write about it on websites, magazines and books.

Payments.
We are sure that you understand how important it is for a small business to pay the bills we send to you on time. And as we are sure that want us to be good friends, you commit yourself to adjust to the schedule of payments previously agreed by the parts. March 2013.
